RAK Entrepreneurs Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the RAK Entrepreneurs Network! By joining our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a positive and beneficial experience for all our members and uphold the integrity of RAK Entrepreneurs.

1. Membership Eligibility and Requirements

· Trade License Requirement: All members must hold a valid UAE trade license to qualify for membership. Proof of this license is required during registration.

· Additional Criteria: Membership eligibility may be subject to additional criteria as outlined by RAK Entrepreneurs, such as:

o A minimum period of business operation (e.g., at least one year)

o Alignment with the values and vision of RAK Entrepreneurs

o Participation in an interview or assessment, if requested by RAK Entrepreneurs

2. Membership Fees and Payments

· Membership fees are subject to updates as determined by RAK Entrepreneurs. Members will be notified in advance of any fee changes.

· All membership payments are non-refundable, with payment granting access to benefits specified in the chosen membership package.

3. Member Conduct

· Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally within the network and RAK Entrepreneurs’ platforms.

· Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards other members or staff will result in immediate review and potential termination of membership.

4. Use of Resources and Educational Vault

· Members receive exclusive access to the RAK Entrepreneurs Educational Vault at discounted rates. Resources within this Vault are intended solely for personal and professional growth and must not be reproduced or shared outside of membership without permission.

· Access may be suspended or revoked for any breach of this clause.

5. Content Submission and Video Posting

· Members are permitted to submit short videos (up to 2 minutes) for posting on the RAK Entrepreneur YouTube channel as part of their promotional benefits. RAK Entrepreneurs reserves the right to review, approve, or deny content based on quality, relevance, and alignment with network values.

· By submitting content, members grant RAK Entrepreneurs a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and promote the content on its platforms.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

· All proprietary information and resources provided by RAK Entrepreneurs, including educational materials, business strategies, and networking contacts, are confidential. Members must respect these assets and not share or replicate them outside the network.

· Any intellectual property created or provided by RAK Entrepreneurs remains the exclusive property of RAK Entrepreneurs.

7. Limitation of Liability

· RAK Entrepreneurs is not liable for any business outcomes or personal decisions made by members based on information, advice, or connections provided within the network.

· RAK Entrepreneurs makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcome of any networking, educational resources, or promotional activities available within the membership.

8. Changes to Terms and Membership Benefits

· RAK Entrepreneurs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and membership benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes and may choose to discontinue membership if they disagree with the revised terms.

· Continued use of membership after updates to the Terms and Conditions implies acceptance of new conditions.

9. Termination of Membership

· Members may terminate their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused membership terms.

· RAK Entrepreneurs reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership for conduct deemed in violation of these terms or harmful to the network’s reputation or its members.
